Article Processing Charge (APC)
What is APC: An Article Processing Charge (APC), also known as a publication fee, is a fee that is charged to authors or their institution/funding body to make a work freely available.
What it covers: We operate under an open-access model. The publication fee covers the operational costs of open-access publishing, including editorial system administration, copy editing, formatting and layout, online hosting, Crossref annual membership, DOI deposit fees, similarity and/or plagiarism checks (iThenticate fee), indexing, and digital archiving.
When it is due: The APC is only charged after a manuscript has been peer-reviewed and officially accepted for publication. No fees are charged for initial manuscript submission.
Responsibility: The corresponding author is responsible for arranging the payment upon editorial acceptance.
Publication Fee: 69 USD | 6500 BDT.
